“ This place is sooooooo cooool! We are happy to have brunch at here instead of Shorehouse kitchen, which we need to wait for 46 minutes. This food market is a new spot, it is Italian style, has sandwiches, flatbread, coffee & juice, wines, and cocktails. I had a vegetarian sandwich and my husband had an Italian sandwich. I had a kombucha and my husband had two glasses of cocktails. We enjoyed all the things we had. Also the space is cute and bright. It’s also a nice place for working or studying. ”
“ SO MAD at myself, don’t be me, don’t forget to say “no cheese” when ordering veggie sandwich if you’re vegan! Ample seating, cozy, trendy, plant-based and gluten-free options including desserts (yay)! Their protein in smoothies is also plant-based — suits those who are lactose-intolerant. Couple outlets to charge your devices, nice music, some refrigerated foods and drinks, snacks, sauces, wines etc. Even skincare and some zero-waste products. The bathroom is nice and clean. My only wish is to make the menu more clear: what is vegan or can be made vegan. Not everyone likes to ask, it would be beneficial so people know their options and don’t walk making wrong assumptions, like my husband for example, lol ”
“ Just what this area needed! Love that this is a one stop shop. You have coffee, pastries, breakfast lunch and dinner. You can pick up some staples like fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks, small grocery items and wines. The food and lattes are great and everyone here is super nice. The design is so amazing! ”
“ The space itself is really open, lots of windows and sunlight. It really matches the neighborhood it’s in. It’s a market/cafe/bar all in one and is the perfect place to either stop by during a walk or study at for a few hours. The staff, specifically Emerly, was great — very personable and kind service. I was choosing between two beers and she quickly suggested I try samples of both before choosing, asked if I liked a lime with my beer, small things that showed she cared about my experience. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely stop by for lunch because everything about this place just made me want to be a regular. ”
“ Came in with a friend to grab something before we went to the beach for a walk visiting from out of town. We split the Smoked salmon toast. Good portion of salmon and cream cheese! Super friendly staff. Blonde girl at the counter knew everything about the menu and San Diego area. sshe was very funny too. Very nice energy. Great place good for families. ”

“ Friendly and the food is good. The people complaining about the laptop policy have never run a business. It’s a large space, in La Jolla no less. If 30 people come in and take up all the tables for a 7 coffee they make 210 a day...not viable. ”
